I had an exceptional dining experience at Hokkaido! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a beautiful blend of traditional and modern design elements.The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was fresh and expertly prepared. The food was delicious, we got very big portions of ramen. There are gluten free and vegan options, and you can build your own dish, too. The price was not so expensive. Our server Cheyenne was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly and made great recommendations. Highly recommend this place for anyone.

First of all, don’t ask for a menu, just ask Cassie for her recommendations. She was my waitress. She’s got excellent taste. Since she recommended two different dishes, I’ll be back again for dinner. And the food?..oh my! The spices, noodles and basically everything was amazing. And let’s not forget the fried Oreo for dessert. Yea, it’s that d!#% good. Thanks for a great experience while in town for work. UPDATE: I turned down dinner at some high end steakhouse with staff due to an “obligation “. That obligation was letting Cassie pick out another mystery dish. She’s hit two home runs back to back! The owners and staff are just as awesome as their food. They’ll know when I’m back in town on business again. I’ll be asking for a “table for one and whatever you recommend”. So impressive!

Fun, "nerdy" atmosphere with tasty menu options. Service was great, and I really enjoyed the complimentary deep-fried Oreo at the end of the meal. Menu items were a bit more expensive than other places around town with similar items, but the food overall was fantastic. And while the dishes aren't completely traditional, they're a fun, delicious take while still staying true to the style.

The place was cool, and everyone was friendly. The ramen was great; I got it medium spicy, and I think they used habanero. A must for spice fiends!

Our server Cheyenne was knowledgeable, fun, and exactly what I needed as a person with a few food allergies. Great gluten-free options and hearty portion sizes. Great atmosphere for the nerd at heart. Highly recommend.

Brooke is a super amazing server! Made my out-of-town dining experience flawless with her guidance on what to order. A few recommendations: the pot stickers, a crowd favorite, were fresh and super tasty! My TonkotsuShoyu dish was perfect as well. Big shout out to the team here!

Excellent ramen. Everything we ordered was great. The kids loved it too. Really fun atmosphere. Service was a little awkward in forgetting the same thing a few times, but they did split an order into three without us even asking for our kids, and that was really nice. Overall I really enjoyed this place. The fried Oreo surprise at the end was a hit with the kids.

Yoooo this was delicious. First off, Johnny was fantastic. Great customer service, but not hovering over us. Class act! I got the Spicy ramen and it was amazing. I literally drank the last bit of ramen from the bowl. Held the bowl up and slurped up every last drop. It was just the right level of spices too. The edamame was good too! Lightly salted and good texture/taste to it too. You really can’t go wrong here. We will DEFINITELY be back to try other ramens. The aesthetic is good too. Great vibe inside. How does this place not have more customers! I know it’s Tuesday but comon!! I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Anybody who gives them a bad review must’ve had an off day for themselves because there is nothing bad about it here. Plus, complimentary fried Oreos were served. Icing on the cake! Thanks Johnny!!!
